The NE Edge Project
The NE Edge Project tackles the key challenges of the industry in meeting the increasing demand driving physical expansion: constrained power capacity and delayed infrastructure growth in many primary markets, direct fiber connectivity and economic alignment with host states.
This is a unique opportunity to develop a hyperscale data campus located midway between New York City and Boston. NE Edge has drastically reduced the Total Cost of Ownership as compared to traditionally constructed hyperscale data centers through strategic land acquisition and power generation cost optimization.
The 1.6 million SF campus will be powered by 100% clean, nuclear generated electricity provided directly from the adjacent dual-reactor Dominion Millstone Power Station. The Campus is designed to take advantage of redundancy of the nuclear reactors and does not require diesel powered gensets
